Preventative home maintenance is a proactive approach to caring for your home. Instead of waiting for costly breakdowns or surprises, we regularly inspect, service, and maintain your home’s key systems—such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and exterior components. This helps catch small issues early, extend the life of your systems, and maintain your home’s safety, comfort, and value.
Our “Premium PM Plan” includes quarterly visits (four per year). These visits are timed around seasonal changes to ensure your home is prepared for the unique challenges of each season in Colorado Springs.
A lot of repairs can be done in-house. But we can recommend a trusted professional that we will manage at NO cost for the project repair

If an urgent issue comes up between your scheduled visits—like a leak, electrical failure, or heating outage—call us right away. While emergencies fall outside the regular maintenance schedule, we’ll do our best to respond quickly or connect you with one of our trusted service partners to resolve the problem.
Most visits take about 1–3 hours, depending on your home’s size and condition. We’ll let you know if a visit requires extra time for seasonal or system-specific work.
Yes! Preventative maintenance is a valuable selling point. You can transfer your plan to the new homeowner, or we can help set up a new plan for your next property.
We offer convenient online billing with automated payments for each quarter. You’ll receive digital invoices and reminders before each visit. Payments will be billed on the same monthly date you agree to.
Our maintenance professionals are fully vetted, experienced, and skilled in all major home systems. They follow a detailed inspection checklist to ensure every visit meets our high standards.
There’s very little you need to do! We recommend making sure our technician can easily access your home’s key areas—such as utility rooms, furnace, water heater, breaker panel, and attic or crawl space if applicable.
It also helps to make a short list of any recent issues you’ve noticed (like odd noises, leaks, or weak airflow). Sharing these details at the start of your appointment allows our technician to focus on any areas of concern right away.

It depends on the package chosen—inspections and full services are included only with ongoing plan participation, not just a single month.
Pricing depends on your home’s size, systems, and maintenance needs. Standard pricing can be found on our "Pricing" page.
Routine maintenance is covered, but larger repairs are billed separately.This is where you save up to 30% on our hourly services. We can usually give a guestimated timeframe however it is worked by the hour. If a specialty repair is needed members can take advantage of our "contractor management" services with no additional management fee.
To keep your home properly maintained, we prefer to stay on a consistent quarterly schedule. For your convenience, we typically install a secure lockbox at your property that holds a key. This allows our technician to complete your scheduled maintenance visits even if you’re not home, helping ensure nothing is missed.
If you ever need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate! Just let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment to a time that works better for you. Keeping a regular schedule helps us stay ahead of seasonal maintenance tasks and keeps your home running smoothly year-round.
ResCheck is designed for single-family homes, townhomes, and small multi-unit properties (such as duplexes or fourplexes). Whether your home is newly built or decades old, our maintenance plans can be customized to match your property’s systems, size, and specific needs.
At this time, we primarily serve residential properties up to 5,000 sq. ft. For larger or specialty homes, we can provide a custom plan—just contact us for a personalized quote.
