5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for services already performed.

Our services are preventative and do not include full repairs or emergency services. We may recommend third-party contractors for issues beyond our scope.
